Motivationstag

Samstag hatten wir bei uns in der Gemeinde am Schillerplatz einen sogenannten Motivationstag mit meinem Vikariatsbegleiter Henrik Diekmann aus Ingelheim. Es war eine wirklich super Zeit. Zum Beginn meines Dienstes haben wir uns gemeinsam nochmal die Ziele Gottes für seine Gemeinde erarbeitet, um dann gemeinsam zu schauen wie wir die jetztige Situation unserer Gemeinede beschreiben würden und wo wir die Gemeinde 2012 sehen wollen. Das war natürlich besonders spannend für mich. An einem Punkt sollten die Gemeindglieder die fünf wichtigsten Schwerpunkte meines Dienstes beschreiben. Ich bin glücklich und dankbar für die Ehrlichkeit, denn ich finde es grausam wenn man Erwartungen nie nennt und so unnötiger Ensteht frustration. autograph session in worship
